Swelling Good or bad
I’ve been reading a lot lately to try to find an alternative for my hanging routine. It simply hurt too much, took up too much time, and wasn’t giving me results. I tried jelqing for the first time, and it seems to have an effect, after two days, my penis is swollen. It is kind of sore, but it doesn’t really hurt at all. It’s only about 3/4 of my penis, the lower part is sore but not swollen. I’m excited because this is the first time I’ve felt fatigue and not extreme pain. I tried icing it, but it had no effect. I’ve been keeping a heating pad on it. How bad is swelling? Is it something that you don’t want to see at all? Should I rest tomorrow or just cut my routine in half? It’s not really a routine yet, I haven’t gotten into the rhythm. I just jelq until my hand is tired, then heat until I’m ready to do it again. What’s a good routine? And what kind of gains can I expect?
