Anyone get swollen and puffy for a few hours from your girth routine?

I’ve noticed the same thing with myself, but from what I’ve read that doesn’t seem abnormal.

Are you talking about fluid build up?

I think swelling is the point of your girth routine :D joking aside… if it’s fluid build up, you may need to reduce the intensity of your exercises; i’ve never experienced anything of the sort, with my manual girth routine.

james, look up the ‘donut effect’ and figure out if that’s your issue.


Not quite the donut effect because it’s my entire penis. But, like I said, it goes away after a few hours and some other guys report similar effects. I take it as a sign I’m getting a good workout
