Suppressing Erections When JelqingStretching

I’ve been having this issue and I don’t know what to do. What’s you guys’s approach towards this issue? I can’t jelq properly because I have a full erection and even after I wait for it to subside, it comes right back when I resume the jelqs. Same when I’m trying to stretch.

Not unusual in the beginning, just keep at it and over time it will happen less and less.

I have a similar problem. When jelqing I sometimes go in an excessive erection state, but it only takes a little pause to go back at the right status (70-80%, I think). The problem is when stretching, I can never be totally flaccid and I fear that stretching at an erection level of 50-60% as I usually do can make the exercise lose effectiveness. What do you think?

One word of advice is to jelq, but with lower pressure, depending on if you`re a complete newbie or not.

In time, I`m sure this “problem” will disappear. :)

Masturbate before you jelq. That should get rid of your unwanted erection.

Melodic, I read on several posts that ejaculating near the PE session can reduce its effectiveness.

Does anybody know something more about it?

Here it talks about masturbating AFTER the session, but I remember of something said also BEFORE, I can’t remember where.

I had the same issue tonight. Tonight was my first time. I thought of weird stuff and it went down! Haha!

BPEL: 6.00" EG: 4.75"

Goal: 7.00" EG: 5.50"

There’s really nothing you can do but concentrate. You’ll get it eventually, dont worry about it now.
