I’m 23 years old, and I just wanted to know if starting a supplement regiment would hinder my body’s natural ability to produce sperm, hormones or any other side effects.

Maybe your question is a bit too vague. Generally speaking, no; but what supplements you have in mind?

That’s you mind at work and it is called placebo effect. I only wish I would take couple of vits and have the same effect of cialis then i would not see the need of forking out that much money on prescriptions

Doubt that seriously. There are many supplements that help erection (DHEA, Yohimbine, Arginine, especially Nitric Oxide boosters).I take that much C and E every day and don’t walk around with a constant woody.

Anything that will boost T (testosterone) should help as it’s a part of the erection physiology. DHEA and Arginine are biggies for that. In addition to what giggity said, L-Arginine is a precursor to NO production in the body, not only is NO important in the building of muscles, your penis actually has NO receptors in it to help know when to engorge with blood.
