Hello again,

I asked earlier about lig pops but it seemed that some people said it was good and others said it wasn’t but besides that I would to ask if I am taking to many vitamins?

Here is what I take everyday:

Omega 3 (2)
B12 (1)
Fish Liver Oil (4)
Zinc (1)
Vitamin C (1)
Calcium (1)
Magnesium (1)
Siberian Ginseng (2)
Bee Pollen (2)
Pro Solution (1)

It sounds like alot but I guess this is what is normal to alot of people but I am concerned because I will be starting the Pro Soluion Pills today.


The number of pills is not important, it’s the amount of product in each pill. So if you want to tell us something, how many mg’s or other pertinent units of each do you take?

Omega 3 (1 morning and 1 dinner) 1000mg
B12 (1) 250mg
Fish Liver Oil (4 all at once) 300mg
Zinc (1) 15mg
Vitamin C (1) 1000mg
Calcium (1) 500mg
Magnesium (1) 250mg
Siberian Ginseng (1 morning and 1 dinner) 260mg
Bee Pollen (1 morning and 1 dinner) 500mg
Pro Solution (1)

I don’t about pro soln. but I would double the magnesium if I were you.

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Do you recommend any other vitamins I should take? And do you know of any healthy lubricants I can use while jelquing? (Broke out in a rash using baby oil.. Got red pimples everywhere but is starting to go away)

Zinc is a main component in gonadal function - I suggest doubling the dose on that. Don’t go too high though, because it can be toxic when overdosed. It will also interfere with the absorption of copper, so don’t go too far on it.
