Supplements for beginner PE?

Hey guys

Just curious if there’s any simple, natural supplements you take/ can recommend to just improve sexual health and maybe benefit actual PE gains.
Talking about something to increase libido, ejaculation size, improved EQ etc.

I’ve seen the odd post about similar topics, but I’m just talking about something small and simple. Nothing outrageously complex.

What would you recommend?

L-arginine.

Raw onions.

Raw garlic. Drink lemon juice to get rid of stench, and also vitamin C is good too.

I reccomend reading “the hardness factor” by Dr. Lam ….as it turns out having a really hard dick is directly related to having a very strong heart and vascular system. He goes over supplementation for dick/ vascular health and reccomeds pycnogenol with L arginine combo…very interesting book.

Definitely would have a look.
I do a lot of combat sports, so my cv system shouldn’t be too horrendous.

I’m assuming you mean two entirely separate supplements? aka buying two different products?

He’s already taking BCAAs, so why not. Might help with overall fitness and any latent chronic exhaustion, which as a by product would help EQ. But it wasn’t a suggestion for EQ, there’s just no reason for anyone not to take creatine.

Lecithin, L-Arginine, Zinc, and Pygeum

-Zinc or even better, ZMA, a combination of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6
-L-arginine or my preferred route is taking L Citrulline-Malate, the body converts it into l arginine and is absorbed much better by the digestive tract, also stays in bloodstream longer.
-vitamin D
-fish oil
-men’s multi vitamin

All of these are crucial for men when it comes to ensuring top testosterone levels, ultimate muscle building/healing and overall health and sex drive. All of which are substiantially helpful for overall penis growth and performance.

Yep. You can Google the pcynogenol/ larginine pairing. There is lots of talk of it heralded as an ED wonder. Also very good for cardiovascular in general. The book was very thoughtful lots of cardio matters. It’s funny the doc spoke about how men won’t change their diets and lifestyles if you tell them they are going to have a heart attack. But if you tell them that their dicks can be harder they hang on every word.

could already be in it. At least in some of the pre work out drinks it is. I’ve taken a lot of the pills you guys say to take and I have taken all of them for a long time and really didn’t see much results from any of them.. And the maca a lot of folks have a reaction to it.

My understanding is that L arginine really begins to kick in at much higher levels than the proprietary doses, aka 5-10 grams (standard “big pill” is 1 gram). If it’s in some other sort of fitness supplement, it almost certainly wouldn’t be dosed that much.
