Hi i’m curious as to what i can add to the newbie routine which i have been doing:

5 min hot wrap
9 manual stretches total… 3 outward, 3 left, 3 right
30 seconds for each stretch
jelq til the point of ejaculation
cock ring for a few min for maximum blood trapping
5 min hot wrap (is this hot wrap even worth it)

lube: coacoa butter

what are some good exercises for length and girth, and head gain i should add to this routine? i’m also going to be hanging soon

Sorry for not reading the guidline, i just got notified by a moderator about this and I will do my best to not make the same mistake again.

As for jelqing, when i first started i would have the urge to bust a nut :) after a decent amount of jelqing, but i can manage it a lot better now days, and usually can get it to the state of fatigued without having the need to ejaculate. I do it with the palm down technique with the ok grip starting from the base all the way up to the head… is this way safe? or should i stop maybe 1/2 or an inch before the head as to not hit the nerve that would lead to desensitivity?

Yes, that is safe way to jelq. I like the overhand grip because I can get lower towards the base. This works especially well if you have a significant fat pad.

I like stroke as close to the glans as possible. After awhile you’ll know how far to go before you reach the “sensitive” spot. Just keep practicing and remember to stop and take a break if you get 100% erect or feel like you’re getting close to ejaculating.

So what is the part I need to watch out for? The part that will desensitized the penis. I still dont know exactly where it is or how i should avoid it while jelqing. Sorry for asking this dumb question over and over again. But then again, better safe than sorry

Care should be taken to avoid damaging the dorsal nerve which runs along the top of the penis in the middle. There is a particularly sensitive nerve bundle in the top middle of the penis just below the glans and this should be avoided, either by terminating the stroke an inch before the glans or avoiding the area with a grip biased to sideways pressure. An overhand OK, locating the webbing between thumb and forefinger centrally is likely to be least likely to cause nerve damage and can fairly safely allow the stroke to be continued all the way to the glans.
