Hi All,

This is my first post here, Id like to start by thanking you all for making this one of the most friendly and informative corners of the net!!

Im a newbie and have been lurking now for some months, reading up and started PEing about a month ago.
Im now really worried after reading up on bibs LOT theory and am looking for advice. I seem to have an extraordinary low LOT. If I have read the information correctly (and Im sure I have) I dont seem to have an LOT. I did the test and could feel tugback at all angles including around 2-3mm movement at 6 O`clock. Indeed even without light stretching I can get movement by kegaling when it is pointing to the floor - much like the way people can wiggle their ears. Does this mean gains for me will be extremely low if any at all? If I understand the theory correctly doesnt this mean that any stretching will just place strain on ligs only and give no benefits.

Please help on this one cos the PE thing was doing great things for my self-confidence and now I feel really disheartened.

Also - but much less important - does anyone know any good exercises to actively reuce a fat pad - I am not particularly overweigh but have a difference of 1.25 inches between NBPEL and BPEL - I understand this is quite large??

About the loss of tugback:
Do you feel or _see_ the loss of tugback ? You need to feel it, not see it (as the penis will move everytime you do a kegel)
Besides don’t pull too hard on your precious ;) when measuring the LOT (or anywhere else for that matter). Just put on a medium stretch until you feel it’s no longer elongating (much) in absolutely _flaccid_ state.

I started off with a LOT of a quarter to nine (8:45) and I got a quite nice gain nevertheless, solely by lig stretching.. The LOT didn’t change much (8:30 at the moment) although I have reason to believe it’s maxed out.

The LOT theory is still a work in progress after all (it worked for me, but this doesn’t mean a thing since we are all individuals, aren’t we? ;) ).

About getting self-confidence by PE: I still fondly remember the first time I did a good workout doing only wet jelqs. The feeling of my dick was just great.. This in itself is worth the trouble IMO.. It won’t get longer over night of course.. Give it time and do what gives you a good workout feeling (this means: no pain ! ) and you should find an exercise that suits your personal physiology pretty fast.. Just listen to your body.
This is especially when starting.. I didn’t know shit about my body when I started in Dec 2004, but I just didn’t know about it. => Be careful, unless you want to injure yourself ;)

1.25” of difference by the normal fat pad? Well sometimes I’m getting a fat pad of 1.25” myself.. Then some other days when I went out to my fave club and danced all night long it is only .2” - .5” .. I think the size of your fat pad is pretty normal :)


P.S: Don’t forget the warmup _and_ warmdown when doing your exercises.. They are about the most important thing to avoid injuries (besides listening to how your body responds, of course). BTW What was the routine you were suggesting/doing again? (darn my mind ;) )

Don’t worry so much about your LOT. It is still just a theory that tries to explain differences in gains in different people. The LOT-theory isn’t chiseled in stone man so just keep pulling on that dick and see what happens.

If you want to reduce your fat pad, well the only thing i can recommend (since you can’t target fat loss to a specific area) is to do some fat burning low-intensity training. In other words, go out for a 30 min walk before breakfast 5 days a week. If you don’t like to get up early in the morning you can replace the morning walk with a 45 - 60 min walk in the evening.

Although doing the walk in the morning really helps you waking up (yeah I’m one of those night-active guys).

Well Lot is the LOSS Of Tugback. If you are saying that you have really no loss than you do have a low lot. However, a few things first. LOT is a controversial idea and it still is a theory even though a bunch of people seem to agree with it. I don’t know enough about anatomy to be able to really give anything pro nor con of that conversation. Most people swear that it is true. I think it is pretty much myself though. Second, having a LOW Lot doesn’t mean the end of the world. ll that means is you don’t have pure ease in growing, so you must battle intelligently to obtain results. Think of it like this. You want to start up a company to sell some cool product, having a really HIGH lot means you have capital to market, administer, finance, etc… This doesn’t mean Low Loters can’t make a fortune and get good returns it just means it is less easy to get. You are not tripping over gains like it was cracks in the cement everywhere.

By attacking really high angles through stretching and or hanging you are doing your best to get gains. So OTS would be the best for you with a few others too. Eventually your lot is supposed to Rise as you attacked the high angles and then you can hang less upward. This I am not super sure of, but someone who knows more will chime in and explain it better.

Stretch and hang upwards, don’t piss your time and effort away on BTC or Straight down at all. They won’t work till you get a raise on LOT.

I really have zero credibility on health and diet issues, but the forum has a body building/health sub forum which has plenty of things to tell you. I also think spot reduction is either super hard to achieve or is BS. That is what I have heard.

And getting red spots mainly has to do with not letting your body properly heal up the (somewhat external) wounds.. IMO of course.. Luckily didn’t have a first hand experience on this (yet?).

You’re right on Twatteaser. I know I am still extremly new here, but the first week of my membership was spent solely on learning the LOT theory. ys has it backwards, you need to SEE the tugback not feel it. The difference is it needs to be just the glands pulling back (sort of like a turtle head). If it is the glands pulling back just because of shaft movement then you have passed your LOT. I personally have a LOT of about nine, I still get movement all the way down to abouit 7 but it is because the tuncia is reacting to the kegel at that point and moving the shaft NOT the ligs.

Just because you have a low LOT, don’t get disheartened. You can still definetly gain. It will just be a tad harder for you than someone with a higher LOT. Just remember low LOT, high angles (you can still do low angles, but consentrate on higher angles); high LOT, low angles. I would suggest learning the structure of your member. It really helps you understand the theory behind LOT. Search around, there are some threads with links to illustrations of the penis. They are extremly helpful in PE.

Well ive decided to read up on these subjects to maximise gains and will stick with it for at least a year - if I have absolutely no gains at all I may call it a day there but gonna try hard as hell (well not literally cos thats dangerous for newbies, hehe)

Im hoping my fat pad will get under control when I start exercising again (had time off recently) hehe - it just annoys having all that meat hidden :)

Oh and by the way - I am extremely careful in warming up and down, have been close to injury and thankfully learned a relatively easy way.

My current routine???

I know this probably isnt the best but im more experimenting at the mo - see what feels best for me.

5 min warmup/down
approx 100-150 slow (2-3 sec) jelqs
10 * approx 20 sec stretches in different directions
10 * approx 10 sec squeezes (semi flacid)
and also just going to try the bends suggested by MrOrange, see if they feel like they may work for me.


NBPEL ~5.9”
BPEL ~7.1”
EG ~ 5.2”


Maybe Im been a bit paranoid here but does anyone think my member is a little strangely shaped, It looks like most other people would expect a larger girth for trhis given bpel.
Maybe I have a skinny member :) :)
Its ratio is, 1.365 (cos I know people here love stats) hehehe

PEmad, You find your LOT by actually seeing your penis move in, not feeling it. Most people can FEEL it move in even as low as 6 o clock. If it is still moving at the lower part of the clock, then forget about it and just do a LOT (hahaha get it?) of upperward stretching.

Sounds like a plan there PEmad. Although you might want to lay off the “Orange” bends until you’ve gotten your unit used to being yanked and bent. But I know where you are coming from because there are so many exercises I am dying to try (those bends included). Just take it easy at first and build from there. Best of luck to you.
