Super Low LOT - Please help
This is my first post here, Id like to start by thanking you all for making this one of the most friendly and informative corners of the net!!
Im a newbie and have been lurking now for some months, reading up and started PEing about a month ago.
Im now really worried after reading up on bibs LOT theory and am looking for advice. I seem to have an extraordinary low LOT. If I have read the information correctly (and Im sure I have) I dont seem to have an LOT. I did the test and could feel tugback at all angles including around 2-3mm movement at 6 O`clock. Indeed even without light stretching I can get movement by kegaling when it is pointing to the floor - much like the way people can wiggle their ears. Does this mean gains for me will be extremely low if any at all? If I understand the theory correctly doesnt this mean that any stretching will just place strain on ligs only and give no benefits.
Please help on this one cos the PE thing was doing great things for my self-confidence and now I feel really disheartened.
Also - but much less important - does anyone know any good exercises to actively reuce a fat pad - I am not particularly overweigh but have a difference of 1.25 inches between NBPEL and BPEL - I understand this is quite large??
