Okay everyone, as you all know I’m fairly new to this and the exercises, I’ve been doing the simple manual stretches, dry and wet jelqs and helicopter shakes the past few weeks and I just wanted to see what my girth was.. Last I measured it was just over 5” now its almost 6”+ thick!! How did this happen!
Where the hell did you find time to do any exercises? Looks to me like all you have been doing for the last 3 or 4 days is posting. ;)
