Super great journey of the masterwangti
Now this is something I’m doing to try and keep myself on track or at least near reg-lar.
I normally do alot of stretching and squeezing the base for the hole “clamped affect”.
I have been creeping around this site for a pretty long time. More than a year or so I believe.
Well anyway I have never been able to keep myself steady. At one point I had went from 6’ to 6’3/4.
That’s gone now ;)
I have 0 stretch value lig wise.
I do about 200 kegels a day.
I stretch for maybe 10 minutes at 15second reps.
I hold my fake clamp thing until the erection wanes. (Random)
I don’t really have time or space to jelq, I recently pulled a 134 hour pay period (two weeks).
Since I do have a decently regular schedule now I will try to put something together.

My main goal is to be able to last longer. I believe maybe stress or some stupid complex of mine
Is preventing me from lasting more than 5 minutes or so. Sucks cause my girl is the best and
Deserves the best. All that I will be doing is pretty much for her.
So ill do my best to keep myself on schedule, if you guys could offer some kind words of
Encouragement, or threats would be nice.
Routine (Very tentative)
15 minutes of 15 second holds (stretching)
15 1 minute “fake” clamps
Everyday
From this point I will get a better idea of what free time I have available and can build back up
To my old routine including 150 jelqs and some stretches that I forgot the names of.
