Okay the title Super Questions was to attract attention!!
How do you know if you’re over training or under training?
I jelq 30 minutes twice a day, is that okay?
I don’t use a warm wrap before I jelq, only after? Should I do it before and after each session?
After I do get done jelqing and I get an erection like sometime during the day, it feels bigger? Is that normal?
I’ve been jelqing for about since January, and I’ve gained flaccid length because it hangs better, but I want erection length!!
Also, I’m not going to give up doing this, because the results that some of the people have had are amazing!
And I know if I stick with it I’ll achieve my goal!!
