I have been jelqing for 7 months ,with a 1/4 ” gain. Due to work and school I have not done any PE for about a month. My only free time is three days out the week. So my question is ,what one exercise would you all recommend and how long. If enlargement is possible with only three days a week.

Stretch every night before sleep…learn about fowfers…use the 3 or 4 chunks of time you have for some serious girth sessions, like jelqing or better. I prefer edging/clamping and ulis.
