I’ve been PEing for three months now and I’ve followed the newbie routine exactly. The thing is, is that I have not seen any results at all. I know results come very slowly and you must be patient, but it’s just a little frustrating lol. I haven’t seen any negative PI’s nor any positive ones. The only thing is sometimes when I masturbate I find it harder to get an erection than it was in the past. My sex life however has been better than ever the past month or so.go figure lol.

I just really don’t want to give up on this.so I’m just asking for some suggestions, if anyone could help me out or has been in a similar situation and changed things up and got results? Maybe I should cut down the jelq time a little? I don’t know, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This might indicate you need to increase the intensity a bit. You didn’t even notice your penis getting heavier (increased density)?

Does it take longer to get erect? or harder to maintain your erection?
Taking longer to get an erection, can also mean increased endurance (mature ejaculation), which is a good thing and a positive PI.
If it’s harder to maintain your erection, then that’s a negative PI.

What is specifically better about your sex life? You could be getting results, just not visibly. Your density might have increased a bit (girth to follow), and you are lasting longer.

I suspect you might need to just increase the intensity of the jelqs (but keep the same routine for now). Anyways let’s see what the gurus say.

To answer some of your questions.yes it just takes a little longer to get erect, but it is easily maintained. My sex life has gotten better in the fact that I am lasting longer and giving my girlfriend multiple orgasms which has never happened with me before. Thanks for the reply plenty_otoole, it’s greatly appreciated, I might increase the intensity a little bit. Any other thoughts?

If you haven’t grown, I would just be glad to be able to last longer and maintain my erection longer.

How much jelq time are you at currently?

Are you using heat?

It may not be a matter of time or intensity. It may be technique. You may need to pay careful attention to how effective your jelq strokes are.

I’m doing 10 minutes per jelq session, I use heat for 5 minutes, then stretches for 5, then jelq for 10, then kegels.I feel like I’m doing it right, I get a good pump towards the end of my penis, there is definitely pressure at the head. It feels right and I’ve read how to jelq and I’m pretty sure I’m doing it right, my strokes take 3 seconds each and I start at the base. I have never experienced any pain what so ever.. So maybe it’s time add a couple more minutes?

Thanks for the additional information. At three second per stroke, that’s 20 per minute. Ten minutes would be 200 strokes at best. You could easily add on to that. How about adding just one minute at a time until you start getting some PIs to evaluate, though? When you start getting ANY PIs - positive, negative or neutral - that’s the time to adjust further. So how about going to eleven minutes rather than ten for the next week or so, and report back?

Alright thanks Lampwick. The thing is, is that my erections have always been really strong and good and still are, and I’ve always gotten morning wood and still do, my flaccid length increased a little at the beginning, like the first week or so, but nothing since. So the only Positive PI I haven’t gotten is increased size, at least my measurements don’t show any increase. But thanks for the suggestion, I think ill increase my jelq time by a minute or two and see how it works out.

There’s a subtle point about PIs, though. PIs about changes in where you are now compared to where you were. So, if your erections were always really strong and good, and still are, that is not a positive PI; that’s not even a neutral PI, because there is no change. Always getting morning wood and you still do, again: not any kind of PI.

Take a look at the list of some neutral PIs from Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Neutral PIs;
-temporary penis contraction after a PE workout
-redness
-spotting
-slight achyness in your penis
-increased size temporarily, a few minutes to a couple hours
-edema in the penis skin

Note that they all represent changes from the baseline of if you’d done no PE.

Yea I see what your saying.well I haven’t seen any Negative PI’s yet so that’s a plus, I’ve seen and felt some of the Neutral PI’s however, like the slight faint achyness. Which I only have felt a few times. Ill continue doing what I’m doing and a little time and take it from there.
