Suggestions about a workout.
I need your advice on my situation, since most of you have been
doing PE for much longer time that I have.
I am currently at 6” EL (from the base to the tip) and would
not mind to grow an extra inch or so. in terms of girth, also
a .5” is nice. Now i have low Ligs, something between 8 and 7
so fast manual stretching gains are not on my list of good things.
can anyone please give me a good workout that does promise
good, fast gains! I wouldn’t want to do any haning …etc or anything
other than using my two hands. plus this is kind of a secret so
i don’t want to draw attention.
suggestions are greatly welcome.
oh, by the way, i do feel that PE is healthy and nice, but
I wouldn’t want to keep doing it the intensity that one would
do to make gains, but rather just do it for fun and health, so what
is the estimated time to reach my gains.
