Hi guys,

I need your advice on my situation, since most of you have been
doing PE for much longer time that I have.

I am currently at 6” EL (from the base to the tip) and would
not mind to grow an extra inch or so. in terms of girth, also
a .5” is nice. Now i have low Ligs, something between 8 and 7
so fast manual stretching gains are not on my list of good things.

can anyone please give me a good workout that does promise
good, fast gains! I wouldn’t want to do any haning …etc or anything
other than using my two hands. plus this is kind of a secret so
i don’t want to draw attention.

suggestions are greatly welcome.
oh, by the way, i do feel that PE is healthy and nice, but
I wouldn’t want to keep doing it the intensity that one would
do to make gains, but rather just do it for fun and health, so what
is the estimated time to reach my gains.

Generally, you would want to stretch above 9:00 in terms of the LOT theory. If you feel tension with your penile tissue above your balls- inside your body- then you’re hitting your tunica which will help gains.

Gains will not come fast or slow - they happen depending on how a person responds to the exercises. Some are fast- others are slow. Just keep in mind that each new day you complete PE, you are putting more tension on your dick than the day before and that’s progress in my opinion :)

Have you tried A-stretches / DLD Blasters? Do a search for them- they’ll work ya good!

I see, well I currently do manual stretches, then jelqing.
ofcourse, most of the time i add hot wraps, is this enough to add gains on the long run, or do i need extra stuff.

i feel that A-stretches…etc can do damage to my penis! I am afraid of doing them.

I hot wrap before and after each exercise. For like 2 min at most each. After 2 min my dick feels nice and worked.

It took me a month to learn the A-stretch and safely do 50 blasters with those A-stretches. Best advice is to take it easy at first and you’ll eventually find how you want to hold your hands and position your dick for the stretch.

the A stretch is a very good excercise and in my opinion completely safe compared to some others such as erect bending. I do the

A stretch for 10 to 15 minutes followed by the bundled twist Or the opposite on alternating days. I use the power jelq device for the twist, it helps to give a good grip while twisting the shaft. I’m still working on other stretch excercies but feel very comfortable with what I am doing.

After 11 mo’s I have reached nearly 7” from my regular white guy 6.

This is not as much gain as some guys here but I am satisfied with the time I put into PE. Yesterday I saw a full 7 ebp which is a record for me.

7” feels good and looks good.
