Suggestion about measure.
I’m newbie who just started, once again, couple of weeks ago. I was thinking that good track would be measuring three times in every routine I do. Once in the begging, once in the middle, once in the end. (If I have good gains with the routine, I extend it and then do the three time rule all over again).
What do you guys think? Any suggestion about a good way to keep track and therefore help motivation. I’m afraid to measure too soon.
