Hello all,

I’m newbie who just started, once again, couple of weeks ago. I was thinking that good track would be measuring three times in every routine I do. Once in the begging, once in the middle, once in the end. (If I have good gains with the routine, I extend it and then do the three time rule all over again).

What do you guys think? Any suggestion about a good way to keep track and therefore help motivation. I’m afraid to measure too soon.

I think that measuring once a month is sufficient for tracking progress .. One a week if you are really eager to see your results

I think it’s OK to go ahead and measure yourself a bunch of times for the first week of PE. This way you get more familiar with how your supposed to measure yourself and get a better idea of an overall average of your current size. With this in mind you will not see any gains in this first week, maybe some 1/8th inch differences from day to day because of erection quality. After that one a month is an ideal time to compare to your starting size to check for results. Happy PEing.

I agree with this but you have to have a good sense that you are making gains between measurements…good flaccid hang, penis just seems heavier, veinier, etc. I say this because it sucks to go too long and then realize that your routine is not working for you and you need to change things up a bit. A couple of measurements and 6 months go by without gains and a person can get discouraged.

I guess the feeling of wasting time is a big turn off. I’m going to go with once a month. Maybe more or less depending on the routine.
