Sugestion for newbie
Oi guys ,
After a week and a half with the newbie routine I think it´s too hard because my EQ decreased and red spots appeared on the glands, even though my erections seem more power full they were less and less so I stopped for a couple of days and my morning wood reappeared with all it’s glory,
Should I start from zero or just decrease the intensity of the newbie routine?
Another question:
Should we kegel or not while doing manual stretching and wet jelqs?
