How do you know if you’ve done a successful manual stretch? Any indicators?? For example, I stretch to the point of feeling a slight sting in a small area of the ligaments, and sometimes after I’ve stretched, I continue to feel that sting around an area of my unit for about 5 minutes. Is this too much? Too little? Or just right? Any tips would be appreciated.

Wait till you feel the slight pain in your abdomen.

I pull basically until I can’t go ny further. After the workout if I pull my dick I feel sore in the ligs and just under the glans.

Now take a rest day, it is more about conditioning than anything else, this encourages the growth.

I did take a rest.. Oh God.. The rest day seems like forever!! All I think about is my PE workout.. Lol

So the burning sensation I feel while pulling on it is fine then I assume?

Is it just me or do you guys also have trouble holding onto the glans while stretching, I hold on as hard as I can but it starts slipping before I get the best stretch at the ligament as possible.
This is especially the case when stretching upwards, although in my opinion I think getting a good downwards stretch is the most important.

And one more thing, my stretched penis length used to be the same as my erect, but after just 2 weeks of PE my stretched penis length is 7.7” while my erect is 7.5”?what’s with that?

My grip slips as well but I have recently started wrapping a square of toilet paper around my penis where I grip it and this seems to absorb any moisture which causes my grip to slip. Result is a solid grip with no slippage whatsoever. Hope this helps.

Mideastbeast: There is a theory that your BPEL will eventually turn into your BPSFL so it’s a good thing.

It takes a while to develop the right grip for your stuff for manual stretching but tissue paper increasing the traction so you can get a very decent grip with it.

I also have a problem with grip where I end up gripping the whole glans rather than under it cause it slips but I’ll try the TP suggestion. Thanks.


Starting Stats (2006): BPEL: 5.2" EG: 4.6" GOAL: 6"+/5"+

As of 7/20/08: BPEL: 5.7" EG: 4.3" Not sure what happened to my EG. Measured differently perhaps?
