Success stories of girth before length?

Anyone have any success stories of working girth before length?

What exercises did you do and what were the results?

I’m looking to gain both length and girth, but I would love to see 1/2” gain in girth first.
Also I was thinking of switching between length and girth routines. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi.I gained almost 1/2”in about 3 months and I did the Newbie routine (5 minutes warm wrap,5 minutes stretches up,down,left,right for 30 second each stretch,10 wet jelqs,5 warm down,100 kegels) 2 days on 1 day off for the first 12 weeks and after that I have increased the stretches for 10 minutes and the jelqs for 20 minutes and did 5 days on and 2 off.But did not gain much length.

You’ve got a nice starting length so I commend your decision to work on girth first.. You’re actually pretty much exactly the same length and girth of one of my friends favourite dildos ;)

After around 4 months on the newbie routine with a greater emphasis on jelqing over stretching, I’ve gained 0.5” in length and 0.5” in girth, so id recommend you do the same. Girth focused exercises like Ulis, horse440s and clamping really shouldn’t be done until you’ve spent a considerable amount of time conditioning your penis with the newbie routine.

I’m seeing girth gains. :) :)

I just hope this doesn’t limit my length gains in the future…

I gained 1/2” in both length and girth when I first started.


Started: BPEL 6.75" MSEG 4.75", Now: BPEL 7.75" MSEG 5.438", Goal: BPEL 8" MSEG 6"

If I got it right, your goal is 7 cm (2.75”) in length and 5.8 cm (2.28”) in girth in approximately 2 years and 7 months? Good luck mate. :) I think gaining that much would be an enormous success in 5+ years, let alone less than 3. :) That’s tripling your starting volume.

I’m aiming for 31 months…AIM HIGH….that way if it takes me twice as long its only 62 months.

Rather than aiming for 60 months…. and if it takes twice as long it would be 120 months. ;)

Interesting way of thinking. :) That way you could as well aim for 15-16 months. :p I’m sure you’ll be a PE legend if you manage to achieve your ultimate goal. :D

Everyone takes the length before girth theory so seriously, no one wants to dare try any differently. I’m just working both at the same time.

I worked them both simultaneously and had great results. I’m not a subscriber to one or the other.

Still.There are people who start with a big girth and then get girth. It’s probably harder though. Saiyan, you know him has like a 6inch BG and gained 1inch in length over 2 years with serious dedicated hanging. I gained an inch in less than one year with manual exercises and starting with like a 4.75 - 5inch base girth.

I would say the bigger the girth the harder it is to stretch the tunica really well but you can still get ligament gains at the very least. And to be honest I’m really slacking on my clamping lately, I’m just working hard to get to 8 inches! But I’ll be doing light clamping when I can.

Basically I’m saying, it’s still generally known you can gain length and girth at the same time. Now unless I suddenly go from 5/5.25 - 6inches then get an inch after. I won’t really of proved anything. I don’t mind, I’ll take any gains in all dimensions I can get.

I also believe in working both at the same time, for the past 4 months I have focused on length and saw great gains so that is why I decided to include clamping in to my routine. After I finish my jelqing routine I now clamp for 10 minutes in the shower under hot water. This is still in the testing stage and will not know if there have been any gains in about a month but I am hoping for the best. I will give it two months and if no improvement I will focus back on jelqing only then switch to clamping only. I will let you know how it goes.
