Success stories from manual stretching-jelqing ONLY
I have read about someone who gained about 3” length and girth too doing nothing but stretching and jelqing for a year.
No ADS, no ADC, no Hanging, no Uli’s, no Clamping, nothing.
Just good stretching and jelqing sessions.
Are stretching and jelqing all that we really need?
Are there any success stories of long term?
We know stretching+jelqing works from all the success stories of the newbie routine (which is just that).
As you get more advanced, you’d stretch/jelq for longer and maybe add some inverted V stretches etc.
