First I would like to say thx and congratulation for the website. I have a question and some advice regarding my experience. The question is: once you have reached your goal do you keep exercising for maintenance or the gain is permanent? I know I am looking at this from a strength exercise point of view, don’t think is the same though.
Anyway I am 6.75” erect and 5” girth and my goal is 8” by 6”. I am not really mad about length though, more interested in stamina. Talking of that, I would suggest some pilates and yoga to you all. Pilates as you prolly know, works all pelvic floor muscles including bc. Yoga improves circulation and flexibility overall. I like building my muscles too, but I’m not a gym monkey :)
I have a way to control my erection that in a way is similar to a kegel. What I do is to suck my lower belly in, like you do in Pilates for pelvic floor contraction, and that decreases the flow of blood to my penis. Doing that when I am close to cum, gives me the chance to take it back and gain some extra minutes. I can do it a few times during intercourse, you can really feel your cock is taking a breath. Although the result is quite the same it’s more a tantric approach rather than a rev ejaculation like in the kegel. Does anybody have had the same experience?
Anyway I’m starting with the newbie routine very soon and I let you know.
