Started with Newb routine 4 months ago. Since then I’ve increased .5” in length and .25+ in girth.

My routine is 5 min. Shower warm up coupled with 5 min’s of manual stretches.
20 to 25 min’s of Jelqing with every other day added slight jelq squeezes.
I also try to get 5 to 7 minuets of stretches later in the day.
Routine is 5 days on 2 off.

Question.. All of my length increase occured during the first month the Girth has been gradual through out.

I haven’t gained any length since the first month. Is it due to lack of stretch time , or is it common for length gains to remain dormant for long periods of time?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It’s not uncommon to go many months without measurable gains, it is the nature of PE. You do not want to get married to the yard stick, your eyes will tell you when improvement has been made. Stick to your routine and leave the ruler in the drawer.

I wonder if some of the veterans will think it is time to change your routine.

Keeping the ruler in the drawer is a good idea, but it may be time to adjust the routine, we’ll see what the vets say.

I am new, but nothing happened for me with shower warm ups. Once I started with hot wet wash cloth warm ups, (hotter than normal shower temperature water), things started happening.

I am very interested to see what the vets say on this one. Is three months with no length gain a reason to modify routine?


Sept. 4, '07: BPEL 6.875 inches, EG widest 5.25

I got some quick initial gains, because at first it was easy to stretch my ligs (ligaments, a topic to search on). The rest has come more slowly.

Starting, summer '06: 6" EL, 6.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG / Currently: Approximately .4" length and .25" girth gains / Stretched ligs .5" - .6", increasing PBFL and flacid hang

Goal: 7.25" BPEL x 5.75" EG, currently over HALF WAY THERE! on length and ACHIEVED GIRTH!

Piercings: 4 Gauge PA (currently not wearing), Two 4 Gauge upper frenums, other non-genital

I say try laying off completely for a few weeks, then begin again where you were getting your best gains. If that doesn’t work, then up the time slightly every 2 weeks (about 3 minutes) until gains kick in again.

Once gains begin, HOLD at that level until they slow greatly or stop. At that point you can try a short decon break again (2-3 weeks) or again begin to add time.

The more growth you can get with the LEAST FORCE, the better! Higher forces tend to create tissue toughening which will work against you.

A decon break to restart growth is best, followed by increase of TIME as the second best way to restart growth. Increase of force MAY at times be necessary, but really only when the previous two didn’t do it.

I took 8 days off due to vacation , came back thinking I might gain a bit. That has been a month ago and I have gained a bit of girth since then , it’s just the length has stopped completely.

Sparyx when you say LEAST FORCE are you referring to the tension and strength of the stretch or are you referring to the squeezing force of the Jelq??

No one mentioned increasing Stretch time , is 10 min’s a day enough to see gains.

It seems I got the .5 in length from Jelquing as opposed to stretching, not sure

This is weird…I had posted an answer earlier today…now I can’t find it…hummm?

Anyway, ANY FORCE applied to the penis counts as force that can contribute to toughening. So, in general, the least force you can use…AND STILL GET GAINS…the better.

Gains with minimal force allows for less toughening, which then requires shorter decons…when needed, and require less force for further gains.

This translates into, if you can get hanging gains with 5 lbs…DON’T MOVE TO 7! If you get get jelquing gains with a moderate grip…DON’T use a more powerful grip.

In general, when gains stop, try first for a short decon break. The less force you have been using, the less time needed for an effective decon break…the more force, the longer break needed.

If a decon break doesn’t get gains restarted, then try increasing TIME of PE before you try increased force. If a decon and time change doesn’t do it, THEN try increased force…but just a modest increase to begin with.

As far as how much stretch time…some see gains with 5 minutes…its a totally individual thing. You must see how YOU react to your PE and adjust it based on your reactions (PIs and EQ).

Jelquing normally has a component of both stretching AND squeezing…which is why it is such a good method of PE. The less of an erection, the more its just stretching, the more of an erection, the greater the squeezing effect has on girth.

You can separate them in to two distinct methods by doing stretching, and then get an erection and just do squeezes. Once you understand this, you can jelque with a shift toward what you primarily want, length or girth. If you want both, then try to hit the midway mark between the two.

I tend to do the “…..” in my posts too. For me I guess it’s in place of me saying ‘uhhh’ or ‘ummm’ during my sentences when I talk. It’s funny cause I usually tell my kids ‘Ok, tell me that story again without saying ‘like’, you know how kids talk ‘like this, and like that’ lol

Anyway, sorry to rape this posts with my rantings!

Ten minutes of stretching will not do much, you will have to search for a better program.
