Hey guys ! Finally I seem to be slowing down on length gains. It’s kinda disappointing specially after a good run. Looks to me I need to change my routine . My current routine is :-

10 Mins Hot wrap
15 mins manual stretching or
20x2 sets of 10lbs hanging
30 mins jelqs

5 Days on 2days off

If you guys can make a suggestion or two Id be glad to work on it. I just don’t wanna stall my length gains.

Damn! I have to confess that I’ve been going strong on PE. Showing all the signs of being a recluse now. I’m fine with it since being a recluse is helping me grow :-)

Vets! Do you guys suggest I stop jelqing and concentrate more on hanging and stretches? I had definitely gained length and girth from jelqs. I’m not sure if I should stop it now for length.
