Well my story basically begins with me stumbling upon this website one night in January. I started reading the forums, and at first I was sceptical, but I figured it was worth a try. I spent a few days reading up on material, before I actually jelqed for the first time. I was around BP 5.75 inches when I started, and now on a good day I’m at BP 6.5 inches. I have been doing a basic newbie routine for the last 2-3 months. I’m very happy with the gains that I have made. My routine isn’t as organized as most members. Ill tend to jelq anywhere from 10-20 minutes a day. Rest every other 2-3 days. It really depends how I feel. I do the C-grip jelq, as well as the overhand and normal jelq. Ill do them while taking a hot shower, or just dry jelq in the mornings. I have notice that the only times that I do gain is when my penis is 80%-100% erect. I have tried at lesser erection levels, but I didn’t get the feeling that it was working. Mainly that’s it. It seems to me that in the last month or so I have not made much progression as far as gains go. I still consider myself a newbie so I really don’t want to mess with pumps, or clamps yet. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to continue getting better results? Also it occurred to me that stretches might help with the length gains. If anyone has fallen into a similar problem and has found a way around this, please reply.

You could up the intensity such as a harder grip, higher erection jelqing and incorporate stretches into your routine. If that does not work, it is time for a new routine. Your penis is used to the exercise you put it through so a new routine will ‘shock’ it back to growing.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Stretches will really help with length gains, I haven’t experienced it myself yet but you should work it into your routine in my humble opinion.

If you are already jelquing at 80-100% you should not up the intensity of your grip: this is pretty much asking for an injury. Yes, this might be the right time to throw in some stretching, but don’t pull too hard at first.

In fact, the growth curve you describe is pretty consistent with what the penis size database and graphs made from that data in it have told us: that gains are dramatic at first, then taper off. I’ve found this to be true for myself, and this is the reason behind the “decon break” that many guys take.

Congratulations on the gains, and try reading up some more on to develop a non-newbie PE strategy.
