When I stretch it often don’t hold the stretch long but keep changing. Will this affect results

You want ot hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds.

Could you stretch in increments of 15 seconds? I can only hold a good stretch for so long until it starts to hurt the head. Well that’s what I’ve been doing anyways, stretch for 15 seconds - re-grip then stretch for another 15.

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Why can’t you hold it for long? Grab your dick behind the head with a firm grip and pull! The only problem I have with this is not my dick but my arms / wrists.

I gotta say that with stretching I have found I gotta warm up to that. When I first found out about PE and got started I was like, “Fuck, I got a MANS dick, I don’t neeeeed no stinking warm up”.. Then I pulled my cock back under my sack a little too hard, a little to fast or a little to hard and that tendony spot on the top of my dick was really, REALLY sore for a couple of days.. I didn’t touch my dick for a week, WHICH SUCKED, but it went back to normal.. It’s been MONTHS since I tried any PE related stuff, but now I am back.. Not really looking to get BIG, but just keep my cock healthy.

My advice is to ease back on the intensity of the stretch, but try to maintain at least 30 seconds if not more. I’m with Shintaro, it’s usually my hands, wrists and forearms that get tired first, so I have been experimenting with some of the assisted stretches. If you are having problems maintaining your grip, be sure and use something to assist it like baby powder, latex gloves, or toilet paper.

A sporting goods store should carry a can of grip enhancer, which is used for lifting heavy weight. This might help you as well & possibly some latex gloves with a slight texture. I did use the grip enhancer, which you spray on. It’s goes on kind of white & powdery & it works well, but now I just use the latex gloves & they help me keep from losing my grip. I’m not talking about textured dish washing gloves here, but medical latex gloves, but with a slight texture. Mine are black, but there are lots of different colors & brands to choose from & I’m sure that there isn’t a significant difference. Also, make sure that there aren’t too many body oils on your penis while stretching. I do my stretching after a hot shower. I hope that you or someone else might find this useful.

I just remembered something…Some people have used toilet tissue to help them get a better grip. I haven’t tried this, but I’ve heard that it’s a cheap way to go & it works. But, the gloves are pretty cheap & handy for lots of tasks, so that’s the way that I went.

Well I’m uncircumcised, so my glans are sensitive where I grip. I’m just assuming that guys like me (uncut) can’t stand the longer stretch at first. How long will it take my dick to get used to these exercises?

There was a post from a guy who had great gains who held his stretch for 2 seconds! That’s right. 2 sec on, two off. His theory was that it would keep his ligs from contracting while he kept it off-guard and tugged. He did this, I believe, twice a day and made pretty good gains. Good luck with that.
