I have been doing a considerable amount of reading and researching and am planning to start the newbie routine within the next few days (hopefully tomorrow) but I have a couple questions that regard the direction that I should focus my stretches and jelqs. After using the LOT theory I have determined that I have a low lot (6) and would like some direction as to how I should fine tune my exercises. I have read and tried to understand it but am getting confuses kind of lol. From what I’ve understood I need to stretch up to be able to realize gains over time correct (stretching my tunica). If I was reading correctly as well tunica stretches and exercises help to improve girth too correct which is what I am really aiming towards anyways. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated sorry if these are simple noob questions that I simply overlooked.
