I have been doing a considerable amount of reading and researching and am planning to start the newbie routine within the next few days (hopefully tomorrow) but I have a couple questions that regard the direction that I should focus my stretches and jelqs. After using the LOT theory I have determined that I have a low lot (6) and would like some direction as to how I should fine tune my exercises. I have read and tried to understand it but am getting confuses kind of lol. From what I’ve understood I need to stretch up to be able to realize gains over time correct (stretching my tunica). If I was reading correctly as well tunica stretches and exercises help to improve girth too correct which is what I am really aiming towards anyways. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated sorry if these are simple noob questions that I simply overlooked.

Forget the LOT theory alienpugdog.

Just stretch down, either side of down, to the sides, up, and either side of up. Concentrate most of your effort on down and either side of down to get the quick newbie gains.

Ok, I know that looking for results in three weeks are extremely unrealistic in the form of gains but my girlfriend is out of town for the next few weeks so I’m hoping to increase erection time and strength by the time she returns to give her a good welcome home gift. Are there any other started tips that you could give me beyond what I’ve read, like I said I’m still taking it all in and it’s still a large blur of information. I had started this a few years ago and went for a couple weeks and then just ran out of time to do it. One question I did have though is since I’m really hoping for girth gains will any gains in girth be noticeable around the whole shaft or is it usually just around the base?

Is it doing it sitting is okay or you have to stand up and jelq sorry but I know some of my question is not normal but there is no stupid question :D

Jelqs target the whole shaft. Jelqs and kegels should give your GF what she wants when she gets back. For maximum erection strength, stop stretching and reduce the jelqing intensity a couple of days before she gets back.

Sit, stand, lie down, it’s your choice. I normally sit or stand.

Thank you for the information I appreciate the response I have just a couple more questions for right now. First is I’ve recently been working out and exercising would it be more beneficial to do my pe after working out because of the higher heart rate and blood pressure. And I’ve read about people who spread their routines throughout the day stretching ever now and then and jelqing, does this slow the growth process or can it help. I work two jobs and have a hectic schedule and going through the routine at once everyday could be difficult. Thanks in advance for the help.

For the first question, I don’t think it matters. You can argue either one.

For the second, I personally believe in stretching out a routine if you have the time. I can’t say which is better but I and many others are gaining with both methods so I doubt it slows the growth process.

So doing a little here and there where you can in the day is fine, just stick with it and you’ll grow.

Sorry another question lol I have been searching trying to find a thread about measuring but cannot find anything. I have found terms used with measuring but I am trying to find preferred measuring techniques to make sure I am being correct.

The only reason for measuring your penis is to find out what size it is so that you can reliably know if your PE is working. So the measurement has to be repeatable.

The most repeatable method is:

For length:
Stand up straight. Have your penis erect and parallel to the floor. Bone press a ruler into the fat pad directly on the centre line of your penis, until it is as close to the pubic bone as you can get it without pain. A wooden ruler is often most comfortable and you can cut the end of the ruler so it has no ‘blank bit’ and starts at zero. Record the measurement.

For girth:
Either use a seamstresses tape measure, or wrap a piece of paper around your penis (either just take a mid shaft measurement, or take a mid, base and glans measurement). Where the paper crosses, mark it with a pencil and hold it against your ruler. Whatever tension you pull the paper to, make sure that is the tension you use every time. Record the measurement.

If you are sitting, the height of what you sit on, the softness, the angle you sit at etc. will all make your measurements vary. The purpose of measuring is just to see if you have grown, and to be as consistent in results as possible, not to get the largest possible measurement. It’s best to do it once a month (done the same each time, whatever method you adopt).

I think when people first start PE, they will measure without regard to the position they are in, but after a week or so of constantly getting the ruler out ‘just to see’, they have found the best way to measure for them. Many guys get the strongest erections in the position they most often masturbate in, so although sitting is the most variable, if you prefer to sit and always do it exactly the same, and you feel it works for you, then do that. If you prefer to lay on your back or stand, that’s fine too, as long as you are absolutely consistent. I have tried every method and although standing doesn’t give the largest reading, I have always found it by far the most easily replicable and accurate.

It is far harder to be consistent measuring length with a tape. The actual numbers are not important; knowing you are growing is. A ruler is best for length, a tape for girth.

If you get hung up about numbers, just get a plain piece of straight wood and use that. Put an ink mark at your max length, then repeat once a month. I prefer doing this to using a ruler.
