Stretching.What exactly does it do and how much of it should I do it
I’ve been read the NEWBIE manual and routine.
So basically the newbie routine says I should try to do 10 minutes of stretching. So I suppose that means doing two minutes of stretch in each direction (forward, down, up, left, right). Is that enough?
And why do stretching?
Another question I have is why warm up after doing a session of jelqing?
