I’ve been read the NEWBIE manual and routine.
So basically the newbie routine says I should try to do 10 minutes of stretching. So I suppose that means doing two minutes of stretch in each direction (forward, down, up, left, right). Is that enough?
And why do stretching?

Another question I have is why warm up after doing a session of jelqing?

Stretch as much as you can. I only stretch aside from some”hand clamping” and another hand clamping technique I’ve been using.and I have never had any negative PIs. It’s really hard to overdo stretching

So I can stretch any time of the day as much as I want?

You shouldn’t stretch all day, you should stretch when you do your routine and 2 minutes is too much, try something like 30 sec and remember to warm up.

One thing you could do is perform piss pull, that means to basically stretch every time you go to the bathroom for 5-10 sec.

But It just seems 30seconds seem so little when all the routines I have read says do it 5 minutes minimum.
The current routine that I am doing says I should stretch 5 mins in each direction!

Yes but doing it in short sets of about 30 sec each, you shouldn’t keep stretching the 5 minutes continuously but divide it into smaller sets.

Yes. But if you notice any major negative PIs you are doing too much. Soreness is fine though

You shouldn’t stretch, or do any other PE, for as long as you can. And here is the reasons:

1. Injury from overdoing the exercise.
2. Your penis will become conditioned to all this stress, and the tissues will be stronger and harder.
3. In order to keep gaining over a long period of time, you should increase the amount of the time and the stress you’re applying when needed. Now imagine that you start with 1 hour of stretching, and after a while the gains slowed down. Now you need to increase the time to keep gaining, so you increased the time to 1.5 hour. The same thing happened again, so you increased the time to 2 hours. Do you think stretching for 2 hours is possible? can you imagine stretching for this long. For me, even 1 hour is considered long time for stretching. You will soon get bored, and don’t want to it any more.

So for now, just stick to the newbie routine. If you find that you can handle more, increase the time gradually with reasonable amount.
Just Keep the good work, and remember that rush isn’t good.
