This is my first post and I first want to say what a great site this is. The question I have is if I do my routine in the a.m., which is hot wrap, stretching, jelqing, followed by hot wrap and a little massage, can I do some more manual stretching later in the p.m.?
I ask this because from some of the posts I’ve read it seams that jelging is primarily for girth. Although I would like to add some girth, I want to add more length. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
