I’ve been doing newbie routine for 2 months . Warmup 5 minutes jelq 10, manual strecth 10. My question is , do I have to pull skin back then grab behind glands and do manual strecthes increase length or are they just pre exercises for other strecthing execises.

Yes and not, manual stretching are the best length exercises for many people (not everybody of course, for me never worked much for example).

So what did work for you
