I was wondering. I have a downward curve, with an 8 o’clock point.. Is it better to focus on the upward stretches focusing on the tunica, or the downward lig stretch? Also, to correct the curve, after 10 minutes of normal straight out wet jelqs (3 second, manage about 200) I’ve added 5 minutes extra of upward jelqs, would that help?

My current routine is 5 minute hot towel warm up, 5 minute stretch, each direction, 15 minute jelqs, hot towel warm down. I measure at 6.5 BPEL, 4.5 EG.

The reason I want to correct the bend is because it seems as though whenever I measure, I have to push down and correct the bend because it looks longer and the measurement is more accurate.

Also, is it possible to reach my goal of 5EG just with jelqing? Or should I consider Uli’s and clamping after a few months?

Hard to say. Many believe that their ‘limiting factor’ is dorsal tunica. I think the adverse is somewhat more near the truth: the dorsal tunica is the sole part of your penis that can be really elongated. The ventral side, which is not completely covered by TA if I’m not wrong (I’m a junk at anatomy, though) is simply too elastic to be elongated.

That’s why, where I never have seen a downward curve corrected through PE at significative degree, I’ve seen upward or side curves corrected. On the same line, I’ve seen some members developing a downward curve through PE.

I’d say your best option would be plain SO stretches.

I’ve been doing PE for roughly two month now I can’t say I’ve gained yet but I have corrected my curve. I have just been jelqing and a using bath-mate Goliath. I bought a Bib hanger but don’t plan on using it till November. Just keep up the work you’ll get that curve straightened out real good.

Should I carry on doing my jelqs as mentioned, or in any particular direction, or is it best to just do them straight out throughout?

Jelq in any direction you want, but don’t try to correct your downward curve through jelqing, because you could push with your fingers on CC and at the same time applying too much tension on the dorsal side of tunica.

Keep jelqing straight, and there’s no harm in throwing in some upward jelqs as you are doing. One of the most dangerous exercises is erect bends - even when well conditioned it is risky - but after a few months of conditioning you could try gentle erect bends against the curve. Just be super careful and build it up very slowly.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Yeah my upward jelqs tend to be more like the erect bend motion (sort of straight, then bend up from about halfway of the shaft), I’ll avoid those in that case. Thanks

Also with my last question, I guess only time will tell eh.
