So I’ve come to realize that where I am at in length is more than enough, and any more could potentially hurt people. As much as I’d like to gain more length, it’s unpractical. With that said, what’s the purpose of the stretching part of the newbie routine? Is it just to gain length or is it for overall penis health/strength? Would warmup/jelq/warmup still be an efficient routine? Also I figure I’ll still probably get some length gains from jelqing.

What is your length? If you are happy with it then I would omit stretching and start with jelqing at a 40-50% erection level. Once you have accustomed your unit to it move up to higher erection levels to target girth.

I’m a bit over 8inches in length. I jelq around 70% erect I’d say. It’s kind of hard to put a % on level of erection.

My starting length was 8inches, about a month and a bit ago, but I took a week off.

How do I go upon doing a maintenance program?

Also, I would still like to gain a little length, around a quarter of an inch or so. Would this be possible from jelqing? I really want to focus more on girth as I am at 5.5 mid shaft EG and would like to be between 6 and 6.5.

Solely jelqing can definitely give you that last length gain, although it might take a while. It’s impossible to say how long because that depends on many different factors. If you want to focus on girth you could try out clamping too besides jelqing but bear in mind that it’s not for newbies.

Yeah I don’t think I want to start clamping, at least not for a long while. The last thing I want to do is injure my goods.

You basically do your normal routine, not as often and with less intensity. I know that you stated that your length is good now but if you kept with the newbie routine you could have a 9 incher in about a year and be the envy of everyone. Then if you stopped, you could keep probably half of your length gains and not have to worry about maintenance.

If you are happy with your length, what are your goals; erection quality, fuller flaccid hang, girth, endurance?

Better EQ/overall healthier unit, and 6-6.5 EG. I guess I could go for the big 9 in length, but is that really necessary? I mean I want to bring pleasure, not painfully bash away at a cervix. Also is it possible to make my girth goals without eventually having to start clamping? I really want to stay away from that.

I would say you could do jelqs and squeezes. I woke up this morning with a concrete erection and I wasn’t even having any erotic thoughts or dreams. I am almost sue this will give me good girth from what I’ve been seeing. I also do 10 minutes of stretching before though but i don’t think its needed. Just jelqing and doing squeezes I bet you will gain at least .25in of length anyway from the jelqing by the time you reach your goal in girth.
