I am new to the form and have been waiting to join. Glad they up the membership.

I have had several questions. I have limited time to do any types of exercises and most of the stretcher would not work at my job. I think the only one that would work is the ADS on my leg. I have a question about a routine I have been doing and was wondering if you guys think it will work.

I made a home made stretcher like the one Z made.

I wear this twice a day about a hour each session

I also stretch and jelq twice a day for about 15 to 20 minutes

I do this in the morning and evening.

I want to know if you think this is enough or am I just wasting my time. I would really be hard for me to do more then what I am doing do to the time issue.

Any thoughts

It’s like the PIET’s home made stretcher. I just started 12 days in so I see no need to measure yet . I will give it a month.

I wear the stretcher for one hour in the morning

Then after warm up I stretch pulling straight out then to the left and right hold for a 15 count on each stretch. I do 5 sets

Then I JELQ for 200 strokes.

I do this twice a day for three days then rest for one

Welcome to Thunder’s bowdoc. As you are a noob, why not just do the Newbie Routine?

There is nothing wrong with your routine, except that you need to be concentrating on doing your stretches straight down to target the ligaments for length. Every stretch direction has a purpose, but straight down is very important. Growth does not happen while you are doing PE, it happens between sessions, so doing 2x a day 3 on 1 off isn’t giving much growing time.

Try 2 on 1 off. Read the article on PI’s (Physiologic Indicators, on the Home Page, left hand side) and see how you are responding. If your PI’s are good, you can slightly increase your training; if they are not so good, reduce it a bit.

It is better to slightly under train than over train, as long as you are consistent in your training.

I read the PI’s. Thanks for that info. By that info I was over training. Thank you so very much. I will go with two on one off and see what happens. Like I said thanks again

Well said. I have to remind myself that from time to time.

I went with the 2 on 1 off and things seem allot better. I want to thank you guys for the info .Sometimes more is not always better

Made an all day stretcher that work off rubber bands. I am using three now but will up it to to 4 in a week. My new routine is still two on and one off but one day I use the all day stretcher and rest the next day then I go two days with the home made extender and jelq one hour with the extender twice a day and Jelq twice a day.

I have not noticed and changes in length or girth, I will measure next week. I have notice that my hard-on’s are raging like never before so something is working.

Oh man, be careful of elastic bands. Very easy to rig something up with elastics that will cut off circulation. It’s best to use something with a little more surface area to it, that will provide a solid grip, but not cut off circulation.


Starting BPEL 6.4" GOAL: 7.5" BPEL CURRENT: 6.4"

The elastic is used for adjusting the tension of the pull. It has nothing to do with circulation. It attaches to the leg and penis with Velcro the rubber band connect the two. The rubber bands are nice because the more rubber bands the more tension easy to adjust
