Stretching

I have heard it is ok to stretch on off days and that girth is what needs the rest. Is it ok or encouraged to stretch onec in a while on off days?

Also are lig pops ok? Some people have said they are good and a sign of growth. Is that true at all?

I hadnt checked my FSL in a few months and it is now 7.25” from a barly 7”! I think that is good?

wow that is pretty good. Stretching is ok but only a little. Pops are supposed to be good. I haven’t gotten any yet though I I dont know

Yep, lig pops are okay. I’m not sure if it’s a good sign of growth.

In my opinion you need more time for rest after stretching; the skin gets more irritated and it’s harder to maintain an erection. Jelqing is more natural. Then again, I don’t know what exercise you refer to as girth..

Rest days mean no PE whatsoever.

And erissoup, if you are from the USA how come your english is so poor?

I was talking about jelqs and super slammers for girth.

Chicken, I never been the best with getting what is in my head out on the computer. I thought i was ok since I have seen others on here that I couldnt read for the life of me.
