I just started stretching every morning after I shower. I always warm up. I would like to stretch during the day but I’m not able to warmup first. Is it safe and beneficial to stretch without a warm up?

It is safe enough to stretch without a warm up, but ease into the stretch carefully and slowly (as you should with any stretch for best effect).

Some guys here do get results without a thorough warm up, just doing stretches every time they use the bathroom, in addition to their normal PE sessions. I tried going without a warm up for a couple of months and got absolutely no gains. They started again as soon as I began to use a proper warm up. Perhaps the easy gainers or those with weaker connective tissue can get some results without a warmup, but hard gainers and those with tough connective tissue (ligaments, tunica) generally don’t get much from cold stretching in my experience.

My PE sessions are fairly tough and I would not get enough recovery (adaptation) time if I did ‘piss pulls’, so I don’t. Try them and see if they work for you.

Currently, my routine calls for manual stretching and some jelqing. I do not warm up and have experienced some really nice flaccid gains, but I do not think I have gotten any erect gains. I also do 30-60 second stretches after each bathroom visit or I jelq until I get an erection….or until someone enters the bathroom, which ever comes first…hahahaha. I am not sure about the warming up part, but I do know that during my previous PE stint when I was warming up I did see erect gains after 3 months. During that time though my routine was very different, I did less stretches and more jelqing so I think there are too many variables that I altered to actually determine if warming up helps erect and/or flaccid gains.

Imagine a balloon that is hard to blow up. You stretch it to make it more pliable, but the balloon doesnt get any thinner.

Stretching will not make your flaccid thinner and combined with jelqing will increase girth and flaccid hang in most people.
