I’ve been stretching and jelqing for a week now and I’m not sure if I’m stretching right. Wen I stretch it gets sore around the bass of the penis and I think it’s because I’m pulling the skin. I try to pull at the glands of my penis but I just Carnot get the grip. Any methods on how I should be doing this?

Put some blood in the glans, make an OK grip just behind it and stretch. This is the way I always stretch and it works wonderful.
