Hi yall it’s my second week of PE here are my stats

ELBP - 6.1”
ELNBP - 5.3”
EG - 4.8”

LOT = 9:00
EA: 11:30

I’ve started PE and have a question about manual stretches. Is it better to stretch in a given direction for about 3 minutes, then 3 minutes I another direction, or to stretch for 30-60 secs, then repeat that say like 5-10 times?

I can’t really compare because I’ve only been doing 5 minute stretches in each direction. But those worked for me. I’ve gained almost an inch in a couple of months in length. But I do wonder what’s best though.

Welcome to Thunder’s. A very good question indeed, and one that has been discussed here before. Search around a bit. I am sure you’ll find a bunch of varying opinions. IMHO, the longer the continuous stress under pressure the better. Also there is the factor of constant pressure for an extended period of time without interruption. I believe that is why our hanging members get such good results. They get a constant tension (a 10# weight is always 10# of pressure) for an extended load time without interruption. If I could hang I would because it would seem to me to be the best formula for gaining length. Unfortunately there is really no way I can incorporate that into my day. I may just have to be satisfied with a 6x6….lol.
