Hello. I’ve been PE’ing about a month and half and til now I’ve done just simple stretches (up, down, right, left, straight out). Is it ok now to start doing all other kinds of stretches like rotary, JAI, BTC, V-stretches etc. or maybe I should wait more for some of them? Thx.

As long as you takes things slow and easy and use plenty of heat, I don’t see a problem with your moving on to more demanding stretching routines.
