I am really getting frustrated with manual stretching. I am afraid I am getting some numbness in my glans. I have tried grip aids and I am using latex gloves now but I don’t have much loose skin on the shaft and it seems no matter how I grip I end up choking my glans. I have had a few good sessions and then it seems like I just can’t get a good stretch. I am going to take a few days off and keep trying but I am getting really frustrated. I need length and thats why I am concentrating on the streching. I have a BIB starter but I want to start off slow. I usually stretch after a hot shower 10 30 sec. Stretches straight down. Any suggestion if about the time I hold the stretches? Help me ease back into a steady routine.
