Stretching?

I’ve read the getting started forums and all, but I just started jelqing and whatnot last night.
I’m doing what the manual says, minus the kegers and all. I just wanted to know what exactly stretching is? I thought it was just stretching out the penis from side to side while one hand grips the base and the other sort of “bends” it, but I’m not sure. I just want to add length, my girth is almost 6 inches, so I think I’m good there. I’m just looking for a gain of maybe an inch or 2 at the MOST.

My routine is this, so far:
5 min hot wrap (rice sock)
5 min stretching (the one I read about in a diff. site)
5 min jelqing
5 min hot wrap

After a week or 2, I plan to do:

5 min hot wrap
5-10 min stretching
10 min jelq
5 min hot wrap

Then I’ll just add onto the jelq. Should I be going the stretching if I don’t want to add girth?
Also, I was thinking about using heavy duty rubber bands for the base for say….20-30 min a day, but that would be girth also, wouldn’t it?

Welcome SRV524,

Basically, stretching is when you grab your penis behind the head (glans) and pull/stretch out. There are a variety of stretches that can be found here like standard manual stretches, JAIs, DLD Blasters, V-stretch, A-stretch, BTC stretch, etc. All of these can be found by using the search function.

If you’re still confused, there are some videos in the tutorials section that show how different exercises are performed.

Your routine sounds good. After you reach 10 minutes of jelqing, I wouldn’t add anymore time to that if you’re wanting to focus on length. Just remember to take things slow and ease into the exercises with care. If you have anymore questions, don’t be afraid to ask! :)

I’ll do some streching, but not too much bc of my girth….my girth is good and I wanna leave it, so I’ll just try jelq and not a lot of stretching bc I just want length. I’m almost 6 for girth, so I’m good.

SRV524——I agree with last post, ease into the PE, it does take time and some guys gain faster than others. Don’t expect too much, take your time and you may be surprise with your results. This is a wonderful site and you will get the support and encouragement you need here. Welcome , PE buddy. The videos are very helpful to give you the idea of how to do the exercises and the way to do them. Good luck.

The rule around here is to assume no one is computer slang literate and therefore to use English. Sentences, paragraphs, correct spelling*, punctuation, etc. Saves a lot of explaining and also serves as a test of the poster which reflects on his credibility. Neat thing, those codified languages. bc doesn’t have anything to do with computer literacy. The fewer abbreviations, the easier it is for our non-English speaking members, and those using translators, to understand. Bad enough that they have to deal with real PE abbreviations.

Sorry for the spelling problem, but I’ve been typing this way for a few years, so I’ll adjust it but if I may a few errors here or there, don’t kill me lol….but thanks for the help and all, I’ve looked at the videos, read the tutorials, etc. just need to keep doing it. I expect to see gains within 2-3 months, but I’m not expecting anything huge.

We don’t need perfection (I would be banned if we did) just try to do the best job that you can. Also, feel free to jump on a couple of newbies’ asses when they don’t follow the guidelines. You have a couple of credits due you. :)

I’m new here as well. But if I am not mistaken, stretching will help out your length, while girth (especially at higher erection levels) will attack the girth.
