Jelqing will mainly increase your girth. Many people will gain/have gained length with jelqing exclusively, but to maximize length gains, you want to at least include manual stretching exercises (esp if you are satisfied with your girth and are going mainly for length anyways).

I meant stretching as in the bending stretching, because I thought that they improve girth, not length.

Just so I don’t get confused, can someone give me a few examples of the exercises in Gandolf’s video series or any other tutorial on here that improve length, not girth? I just want to increase length, not girth, so what are some exercises for those? And doesn’t jelqing improve length more than girth? Thanks.


The last three videos (Blasters, manual, and A-stretch) are targeted towards length.

Jelqing - Some people gain girth from jelqing. Some gain length. Some gain both. It just depends on the individual.


If you are refering to the video for erect bends, those are an exercise I have heard of both length gains and girth gains from. I assume the length gains are made from placing stress on the septum and the girth gains would be from expanding the tunica laterally via the relocation of the blood within the CCs forward of the bend. (?)

As SS mentioned above, with jelqing it is hard to say which area you will gain more. I would say that MOST people would stand to gain more girth through jelqing. Conversely, I would say that MOST people stand to gain more length from the erect bends. All of the manual stretching exercises and hanging will result in mostly length gains.

*********It may be worthwhile to mention that erect bends are a fairly advanced exercise. All exercises that require the penis to be erect should be approached with caution. While erect, there is already a fair amount of inner pressure, so be careful not to overdo it if you do choose to do any erect exercises.*********

Alrighty, I’ll just have to update my workouts……

Also, I have no idea what LOTS, tunicas, etc. are, I just do the workouts lol…..

I’ve read about them, but have no idea what they are. I just want to gain maybe 1-1.5 inches length wise because my BPEL is about 7.5 currently, so I’d like to get to 8.5 or 9. Maybe I should just see how high I can go =0)

But girth is good, it’s at almost 6”, so I don’t wanna go too wide or else I can’t fit inside anything lol…..

The tunica is a thick, fibrous sheath that covers the corpora cavernosa or CC. The CC’s are 2 of the 3 chambers that are in your penis. The CC are on the left and right side. You also have another chamber underneath that is the Corpora Spongiosum or CS. The CS is what is attached to the head of your penis or glans.
