Hi Guys, Right ive been doing manual stretchs now for a few days, and when im streching i can feel like a strong thin strip down the top of my shaft is this the tendon that i need to strech im just wondering if im hitting the right place. I get like an ache in it after a while, does this sound right.

Also after ive done the stretch would it be good to make a device to keep it sretched or will it make no difference really, and input on this would be good.


There aren’t any tendons there. What you are probably feeling is the dorsal arteries, maybe even the urethra. Though these will add a restistance to growth its much lower than the tunica.

If you have a high LOT you probaly want to be concentrating on stretching the ligaments. These run from the pubic bone area to the base of the penis and you can feel them by running a finger across the pubic bone. This is really the area you want to be feeling as a little sore after your stretching session.

If not concentrate on the tunica but try to use one of the more advanced stretches like the v stretch, this will certainly help attack the tunica.

ADS devices to keep a post stretch state may well be advantageous. Check out Tom Hubards site and lil1’s tutorial video but these aren’t a substitute for a good rounded workout.
