I don’t have much time and privacy to warm up and stretch,is it ok to stretch without warming up

I believe it is. Wow you have been around since 2006 and you have not tried out stretching without warming up?

Although it is recommended usually to warm up.

If you really can’t warm up properly, do some light jelqing first - think of the analogy of how much easier a balloon is to stretch after it’s been blown up. It’s not as good as proper heating, but way better than nothing.

You can stretch, but believe me when I tell you it is less effective. Try using a warmup bottle patented by our member Luka, it is very discreet. But if you can’t try fowfering a couple of minutes before stretching. The warmth from your quenched legs will warm your penis up a bit.

I never warmed up except when I jelqed in the shower, still I stretched plenty of times with no warm up and randomly and gained well. My reason was privacy too, if you can’t manage it just be careful not to injure yourself.

I hardly use heat nowadays. I do some low intensity stretching and then after a few minutes start increasing the intensity. At the start I warmed up with a rice sock. But I fell out of the habit of using it.

And for cooling down? That’s what edging is for.

I stretch cold most days, after a piss or whenever else I have a chance, but I think that the warmth from my hand has a positive effect.

The best stretches I get are still in the bath though.

I really like using the rice sock - but if not possible I thought it logical to go lightweight on the first set as a “warm up”. I didn’t know if this was an “ok” idea until reading this thread.

The rice sock is a good idea for warming up.

Also, I like to use a hand held hair dryer with the nozzle pointing at my unit and sometimes moving it as close to my lig as I can stand it heat wise. I use one hand to stretch and the other hand to navigate the hand held dryer with the nozzle.
