Stretching with weights?
As a beginner like I am (Just one month in this of the PE) it arises me a doubt.
The beginners routine advises 10 times stretching of 30 seconds each one, It also says that I should stretch until feeling a certain nuisance but not pain, clear, but this is not very exact, because one can sometimes be very motivated and to stretch too much and sometimes one can be more sensitive and to stretch a little.
For that reason I had planned to make the stretching but instead of doing it with the hand doing it with some hanging apparatus and with a small weight at the beginning that it would go increasing as I saw the answer of my penis and results. This would allow me to be objective with the force with which I stretch because is easy to count kilos that estimating the force of the hands.
I am not saying that I will do hanging, I know that hanging is doing with high weight during sessions of 10 minutes or more, what I say is to simply make stretching of 30 seconds with a small weight
What about the idea? Did somebody already try it? How much weight would be advisable at the beginning?
