Stretching vs. jelqing
So I did search for this but just got a shit load of posts since these are such common terms..
Anyway, I’m just wondering which of these ones you all think does the bulk of the work here with gains, or is it just dependent on the individual? Or do you need both?
Or is stretching better for length while jelqing is for girth? I feel like I had some gains off the bat (+/- .5 inch) with both, but I suspect stretching is the more important of the two.
