Stretching vs Hanging

What is the difference? Are they both not in essence the same thing (stressing Ligs)? I am in no way an expert, am relatively new actually. I’ve seen guys get great results with the hanger, and I intend to get one after one year of the Newbie Routine. However I was looking at Bib’s hanger and its quite pricey. So I was wondering, is hanging just a more convenient stretch? Or does it simply achieve things that stretching never could?

Not necessarily. To each is own, everyone is different. There are people who get better gains with manual stretch, other who get better gains with hanging. They both stretch the tunica, of course.

There are instructions to make a homemade hanger around here, do a search. But before thinking about hanging, stay on manuals for some months. The biggest documented gains that I have seen were achieved with nothing else than hands.

Interesting, yeah I have looked at the homemade videos. I’m afraid to do something wrong, I am less than a competent tinkerer. I plan to continue the newbie routine for about a year, I am seeing good gains.
