Hi guys, I’ve got a question

I’ve got a Male Edge extender, and was wondering if it makes a difference in which way I wear the extender, up or down. According the LOT theory, my lot is between 6-8. So does that mean I will gain most when wearing my extender downwards? Because until now I always wear my extender with my dick upward, because it feels more comfortable. And if you have a low LOT, can you make any gains wearing your extender upwards? Thanks in advance!

LOT theory has supposibly been debunked, if you want length wear it pointing straight down to work the ligs more or you could wear it up and work the tunica a bit. Mine I always wear straight down and have gained over 1/4 inch in a month. Lilfrig who’s on here is doing the same and he’s reported a 1/2 inch gain in length wearing it down but to each their own! So concluding you could say that wearing the extender upwards is almost useless, when speaking of gains?

No I wouldn’t say useless. If your going for length though I would personally point it down, if you going for girth then point it up and stretch the tunica. I’m going for length first and then girth so I’m doing mine down. Maybe some others can comment

Yeah but I’m not talking about jelqing, but stretching. So it’s recommended to stretch the ligaments (in a downward angle) until you don’t get any gains for the legitaments anymore, and after this continue stretching upwards to stretch the tunica for the last length gains?

You can get length out of Tunica stretching but you want to work your ligs, I would probably worry more about tunica for when you go for girth? Treetop only stretched up and got good length gain but everyone suggest down. Be a rebel though and blaze your own path! (I would suggest down) but thats up to you. Also remember, gains will stall, you may go months with no gains and then BAM you start to gain again. Thats why alot will tell you to go for 2-3months if gains are stalling and then try something else. I.e. If your stretching for length then maybe you could then try hanging to change up the workout. Good luck!
