Stretching up is weird

Hey everyone. I’ve been PEing for a little bit, but stretching straight up has gotten more difficult lately. The force I need to pull up to feel the lig stretch is pretty high, but when I grip an inch below the head, a good amount of skin slide up with it. It’s just harder to grip low down and get a good stretch. I have no problem to the side or down, or even straight out. I’m worried about this causing turkey neck, but also that my hand slides so far up to the head, pushing blood in. Should I just pull a little bit lighter, and even though I’m not feeling a strong stretch, it will be working?

Man, you can endlessly improve PE.

I thought I had read to stretch in all directions, to work every angle for well-rounded growth. OTS stretching has been showing great gains because it doesn’t stretch the ligs, so much as it does the tissues in the penis itself.

I am so much stronger with the overhand grip. (I am uncut)
Try to use that even when you are stretching upwards.
I am slightly worried to about the turkey neck, but as long as you do not feel the stretch in your skin you should be alright.

Or skip the Straight up and try one left hand and one right hand up towards your hip bone, up and to the left/right. I do that sometimes, the overhand grip is more comfortable at that angle.

Or just double up on your straight out if the are feeling good.
