Still on the newbie routine, been about a month.

Should I stretch in the morning for 10mins then stretch again with my regular routine at night of stretching, jelqs and kegals?

You may be able to get away with 4-7 days straight everyday but eventually you are going to need a day off. You should be able to tell if you are bruised and battered deep in the tunica or just slightly sore about ten min after an erection. Don’t think that when you get hard and don’t feel and pain that you can go ahead and do a hard core routine, the body releases endorphins for pain when you get aroused.

I would say at most on your sorest days you could either do brief,quick, and low intensity jelqs to move blood in to promote circulation or if extremely beat to all hell you could edge and masturbate softly. You still want to warm up even on non PE days for better circulation and get some exercise. Best of luck.
