Stretching too soon
Hello everyone,
After doing some reading around, I’m concerned maybe I started behind the glands stretching too early?
I am only a month into PE right now, and initially started with 4 30 second pulls post jelq.. Reading another member’s post here recently about doing stretches in the morning while lying in bed I decided to try it. For the past 10 days or so, 2 on and 1 off, I’ve been doing behind the glands stretches at 1 minute a piece for around 10 minutes.
It seems stretching is something that should be added LATER for newbies, as there is no point to tax your dick too much at the start. This will mean that later down the road stretching is less effective and I’ll have to work harder as a result of starting with too much, correct?
Should I ditch the stretches, or at least tone them back to 4-5 30 second pulls and work up slowly?
I’m worried my dick is used to it, and if I stop it’s going to hinder progress.
