Stretching throughout the day

So the question is as follows, after reading a lot information shared in the community, I came across the following problem.
Because of having low LOT, High Angle stretches are recommended for PE.

But the question is as follows, if for example I wish to stretch randomly throughout the day, should I still also try and do some warm up like before starting a routine exercise? Or is it ok to simply go at it, starting slow?
And how many sessions of stretches per day would be suitable for a newbie PEer without any previous PE experience?

Hi man,

Just stick to the newbie routine.

Watch and learn how to make those exercises correctly.

Don’t bother yourself with something more.

Remember about rest days.

Keep warm all the way during session.

Ill stick to it as a get to know my penis programme haha and see how we get along and hoe the quality of the performance
I’ll start worrying about conditioning the exercises after I get to know my penis haha =)

I did short stretching sessions thru out the day without heat when I was a newbie beside my routine and I’m still alive.

Starting size: 7.48" X 5.51" Currently: 10.1" X 6.4"

Heat is the key!
