Stretching throughout the day
So the question is as follows, after reading a lot information shared in the community, I came across the following problem.
Because of having low LOT, High Angle stretches are recommended for PE.
But the question is as follows, if for example I wish to stretch randomly throughout the day, should I still also try and do some warm up like before starting a routine exercise? Or is it ok to simply go at it, starting slow?
And how many sessions of stretches per day would be suitable for a newbie PEer without any previous PE experience?
