stretching the ligs
Hi everyone I would firstly like to say that this site is excellent!. I have been doing the newbie routine for over two weeks now and was pondering on the idea of doing some other stretches such as BTC and the jai stretch. As I have read in many posts that stretching the ligs first is the best way to initially get length gains.
Could any of you vets out there suggest some tips and if these two stretches are ok to start doing at the moment.
My starting stats are:
i have about an inch fat pad which make me “6.0 When erect without pushing in.
My goals is NBPEL “8x”6 minimum of “8 in length.
I have read that alot of you guys have made significant gains throughout your PE careers, Could you please let me know how long it took to make most of your gains?
