Hi everyone I would firstly like to say that this site is excellent!. I have been doing the newbie routine for over two weeks now and was pondering on the idea of doing some other stretches such as BTC and the jai stretch. As I have read in many posts that stretching the ligs first is the best way to initially get length gains.
Could any of you vets out there suggest some tips and if these two stretches are ok to start doing at the moment.

My starting stats are:

EG”5.0 (midshaft)

i have about an inch fat pad which make me “6.0 When erect without pushing in.

My goals is NBPEL “8x”6 minimum of “8 in length.

I have read that alot of you guys have made significant gains throughout your PE careers, Could you please let me know how long it took to make most of your gains?

Stretching ligs is indeed a great way to make some fast starting gains.

Everyone is different, at the end of this month I’ll have been doing this for 5th monthes and I’m just closing in on 1” gain in length, with 1/4” girth gain so far.
Alot have similar gains to time spent as me, some take longer though and some guys are really fast gainers.

I am in a similar boat.

7.25 NBP, 7.75 BP, and 5” EG and my ultimate goal is 8 x 6, though I would settle on 8 x 5.5 as that is pretty thick.

Thing is, I already have stretched out ligs. My LOT is like 6. So I have to stretch the tunica now. I already hang flacid between 4” and 5” depending on how warm the room is what I consider “flaccid” or ” mild flaccid”

Sometimes when I am 5” , I FEEL flaccid, but if I am 4 or barely under, its because I am kinda cold.

Cool nice to here from you guys, I have started doing BTC stretches on the end of my routine. When I do the Stretch the skin at the base on the top gets pulled fairly hard and sometime feels quite sore does this normally happen, also how can you feel when your stretching your ligs. Would either of you know how long your supposed to keep this stretch going for or is it up to preference.

Johngreen38 What was your starting stats, also what type of routine are you currently doing?

I’m going to give my current routine another couple of weeks and keep increasing the amount of time on each exercise gently. I would then have been doing it for just over a month, haven’t seen any gains as of yet but I suppose I have to give it some time.

It might not be the skin that is sore, when you stretch your ligs with a fowfer, it gets sore right at the base at the top where the ligs are. I do them for 20 minute sets, 3-4 times with a small break in between.(usually while I’m on my computer etc.)

I didn’t see gains until near the end of my second month. Just be patient and consistant with your routine. You can DO it! :lep:
